Chronic Chai Tea

Chronic Chai is delicious, easy to make, and is guaranteed to help you relax and have a good evening. Add a stick of cinnamon for color.

Ingredients:
4 cups of milk
1 tablespoon instant or freeze-dried coffee
1/4 cup brown sugar
3 cinnamon sticks
6 cardamom pods
1/8 teaspoon grated nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon allspice
1-2 grams finely ground hash
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Simmer, stirring to dissolve sugar and instant coffee, for 5 minutes over low heat.
2. Don’t let the mixture boil.
3. Let the mixture steep off the heat for 20-30 minutes.
4. Pour through a clean sieve or strainer.
5. Serve either hot or cold.
