Chocolate-Chip Peanut Butter Pot Pancakes

Wake up to stack of Chocolate-Chip Peanut Butter Pot Pancakes, and we guarantee you’ll have an incredible day.

  • Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2  cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 Tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons peanut butter powder
  •  OR  1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1 Tablespoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 1/4 cup of almond, coconut, hemp, or regular cow’s milk
  • 2 Tablespoons of regular butter, melted.
  • 2 Tablespoons Cannabis Butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Handful of chocolate chips (I only use milk chocolate, mmm…)

  1. First set the butter, milk and egg out and let warm up to room temperature.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, peanut butter powder, baking powder and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl whisk together butter, milk, wet peanut butter, eggs and vanilla.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until all is combined.
  5. Preheat a skillet to medium, or 375 degrees on a griddle and spray with nonstick spray.
  6. Scoop batter onto the skillet and sprinkle the pancake with several chocolate chips.
  7. Reduce the heat to medium-low, or 350 on a griddle and check for bubbles to start forming.
  8. When you see the bubbles you can take a peak at the underside and flip when pancakes look light brown to tan.
  9. Cook the other side for a minute or so until both sides are a nice tan color.
  10. Serve with chocolate sauce and whipped cream,  or warm maple syrup.
