Edibles Review-Better Baked Tea Crystals

The following is a review of the Mango flavored Better Baked Tea Crystals. One of the VERY BEST things about these tea crystals is that you can find them in recreational stores all over Colorado. If you love iced tea during the summer time then you will love this! Ingredients: Sugar, Corn Syrup, Flavoring Oil, Cannabis C02, food color, orange and black tea. Dose: 2 Doses 100MG per bag THC: 100MG  C02 extracted per dose Price: Varies anywhere from $10-13 per dose Instructions: One package and tea bag makes an 8 ounce cup of tea. Pour 1 cup (8oz) of water directly over tea bag, steep approximately 4 minutes and remove tea bag. The instructions say, “add sweetener if desired,” I found that it didn’t need any sweetener. Taste: Dangerously good! This is a great way for marijuana users to get their necessary dose quickly and easily. High: The high with Better Baked tea was quite strong. I was surprised what only a few sips of tea did for me. Definitely felt more of a Indica-like effect. Overall Review: Smooth taste, easy to consume quickly and the after-effects were impressive.  I wasn’t sure if the tea bag included was caffeinated or not. A little caffeine may help battle any sleepiness felt if you are looking for a good wake & bake edible. Overall I really liked the way the tea tasted covered up the sometimes harsh cannabis flavor. MagicalButter Review

This MagicalButter Review will discuss both the pros & cons of this botatical extrator plus a review of a cheaper weed butter machine. At E Marijuana Recipes we have used multiple methods to create the best weed butter, tincture, and oil using the stovetop, crock-pot, and cold water extraction method. But after seeing this new MagicalButter Machine, we just had to test it out! The MagicalButter Machine claims it can be used to create butter, tincture, oils, and lotions with the press of a button. Plus it comes with a strainer bag, a pair of gloves, and some groovy disco-style LED lights.   PROS As edible bakers we are always looking for the best kitchen tools to make The Best Weed Butter ever! So we figured the good first test would be a THC Infused Glycerin Tincture recipe seen below. We found that you can max out the Magical Butter Extractor with this recipe: Ingredients: 1 quart of vegetable glycerin and 40 grams of bud and/or trim (we used 30 grams of high-quality hydroponically grown cannabis trim &  10 grams of cannabis bud) 4 cups or 1 quart sized bottle of Vegetable Glycerin 5 Tablespoons Sunflower lecithin Instructions: Add all ingredients and press the tincture button, and forget about it for 4 hours. Strain the THC Infused Glycerin Tincture using the strainer bag provided into desired sealed container.  This THC Infused Glycerin Tincture came out in deep green color with a very high potency level.  One of my favorite features of the MagicalButter maker is that it has an immersion blender! You can take a peak at the other features seen below:   They also have some really great recipes, including these Pistachio Butter Brownies, YUM! CONS One reviewer who recently bought the new MagicalButter Botanical Extractor. Unfortunately the first time she tried to make an alcohol tincture the alcohol burned up too rapidly and created a charred black mess. But she didn’t give up! She tried again and increased the ratio of cannabis to alcohol (2 ½ ounces cannabis x 750mL x 190 Proof Grain alcohol such as Everclear), and it turned out great! CHEAPER OPTION With the Magical Butter Maker costing around $174 dollars, I pondered, what might be an cheaper botanical infusion machine? After searching Amazon for the most advanced slow cooker on the market I discovered this Crock-Pot which only cost $59.99 and has many similar features to the Magical Butter Maker including a temperature gage, timer, and stir attachment. Regardless of the method you use, tincture should only be at 160 degrees (typically a LOW setting on the Crock Pot). Crock-Pot  iStir Automatic Stirring Slow Cooker  This Crock-Pot has all of the same feature including: Automatically stirs your food to heat food more evenly Stir feature prevents build-up and burnt edges on stoneware Programmable cooking controls MagicalButter VS...

High: The high with Cheeba Chews was fantastic! Such a wonderful body high, yet very clear. All I want to do on the CBD Cheeba Chews is meditate. Overall Review: Even though that taste is terrible, I will somehow find a was to chew & swallow it because the high was so fantastic. I really quite enjoyed the peace I felt after consuming about 17.5mg. Because I consume particularly for anxiety purposes that edible was perfect for me, highly recommend for...

Hashees Peanut Butter Cups

Hashees Peanut Butter Cups

In an effort to provide readers with more edible goodies content I picked up my first an edible from the dispensary. They are called hashees and they are made by TinctureBelle, which is essentially a Recess peanut butter cup with chunky peanut butter and hash oil (200mg to be exact). It did not list whether it was an indica, sativa, or hybrid. It was a tasty little treat that came out to$12.00. I read online that a moderate dose is 100mg, I decided to still take half of that dose…50mg. It took about 45 minutes to kick in. While I was waiting for it to kick in I made some homemade hummus with sriracha and veggies. After eating the hummus and veggies I was sitting at the kitchen table talking with my boyfriend and oh boy did it kick in hard! I tried to stay functioning but I was just way too high. I felt like I could barely stand up or walk. Nevertheless we decided to take the dog for his evening walk. It seemed as if I was having a journey of lifetimes, yes I said lifetimes. I literally felt like I was experiencing layer upon layer of my life.  I stared to think of string-theory and wondered if I was actually experiencing it first-hand. I thought I had rapidly developed from a single-celled organism to a multi-dimensional being. It was by far one of the most interesting experiences of my life. Unfortunately when I got home I started to feel seriously dizzy and nauseous. Every time I sat down it was like I was riding a wave. I asked my boyfriend to get me a trash can and tried to lay down. Right when I started to lie in bed I threw up. Sriracha and hummus did not feel so great coming back up. As I attempted to take a shower I puked once again. Luckily that was the last up chuck of the night. I didn’t blame the edibles, I blamed myself for eating too much and I definitely learned my lesson. Especially for those of us who are eat edibles exclusively, not overdosing is extremely important. I finally ended up going to bed and falling asleep, then around midnight I woke up with an extreme case of the munchies and had some leftover chicken pot pie and chocolate ice cream with raspberries. That meal was probably the most delicious meal I have ever tasted. So a happy ending to this roller coaster ride!...
