Martha Stewarts Makeover Medicated Mac & Cheese

From one of the best, with a little kick, Martha Stewarts Makeover Medicated Mac & Cheese will impress! Serves 12 6 slices good-quality white bread, crusts removed, torn into 1/4- to 1/2-inch pieces2 tablespoons (1/2 stick) cannabis butter 6 tablespoons (1/2 stick)unsalted butter 5 1/2 cups milk 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 2 teaspoons kosher salt 1/4 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper 4 1/2 cups (about 18 ounces) grated sharp white cheddar 2 cups (about 8 ounces) grated Gruyere or 1 1/4 cups (about 5 ounces) grated pecorino Romano 1 pound elbow macaroni 1. Heat the oven to 375 degrees. Butter a 3-quart casserole dish; set aside. Place bread pieces in a medium bowl. In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons cannabis butter. Pour butter into the bowl with bread, and toss. Set the breadcrumbs aside. In a medium saucepan set over medium heat, heat milk. Melt remaining 6 Tablespoons unsalted butter in a high-sided skillet over medium heat. When butter bubbles, add flour. Cook, stirring, 1 minute. 2. Slowly pour hot milk into flour-butter mixture while whisking. Continue cooking, whisking constantly, until the mixture bubbles and becomes thick. 3. Remove the pan from the heat. Stir in salt, nutmeg, black pepper, cayenne pepper, 3 cups cheddar, and 1 1/2 cups Gruyere or 1 cup pecorino Romano. Set cheese sauce aside. 4. Fill a large saucepan with water. Bring to a boil. Add macaroni; cook 2 to 3 fewer minutes than manufacturer’s directions, until outside of pasta is cooked and inside is underdone. (Different brands of macaroni cook at different rates; be sure to read the instructions.) Transfer the macaroni to a colander, rinse under cold running water, and drain well. Stir macaroni into the reserved cheese sauce. 5. Pour the mixture into the prepared casserole dish. Sprinkle remaining 1 1/2 cups cheddar and 1/2 cup Gruyere or 1/4 cup pecorino Romano; scatter breadcrumbs over the top. Bake until browned on top, about 30 minutes. CHILI’S MEDICATED MONTEREY CHICKEN

This recipe is based off Chili’s popular Monterey chicken recipe.  A summertime favorite, this Medicated Monterey Chicken recipe will bring all the boys (and girls) to the yard. Ingredients: 3 tablespoons honey 3 tablespoons soy sauce 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 5 dashes garlic 5 dashes salt 1 tablespoon Cannabis Infused Olive Oil 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts 1 cup of shredded monterey jack cheese 8 slices apple-smoked bacon 8 tablespoons barbecue sauce, of your choice Directions: 1. Mix the honey, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Cannabis Oil, garlic and salt together and place chicken breasts in it. Add enough water to bring the marinade up to the middle of the chicken breast. OR 2. Mix together the marinade (as mentioned above) and place into a ZipLoc bag large enough for all the chicken breasts to fit inches Add water until the marinade reaches the top of the chicken breasts. 3. Marinate for as close to 8 hours as possible. 4. To cook: Bake, Broil, Grill or Skillet Fry, either way works well. Chili’s grills (and I prefer grilled). Choose your preferred method and cook until the breasts are done. 5. An excellent side dish for one of our many BBQ recipes, this loaded mashed pot-tatoes recipe is sure to help you have a great night. Ingredients: 2 cloves of garlic, chopped or pressed 4 large potatoes, peeled and quartered 1 teaspoons of salt 2 Tablespoons cannabis butter 2 Tablespoons unsalted butter 8-ounces sour cream 4-ounces sharp white Cheddar, grated 6 strips of cooked bacon, chopped 2 Tablespoons of Chives or Green Onions Salt and pepper as desired Directions 1. Prepare the roasted garlic by cutting the tops off of the bunch and drizzle about a tbsp of olive oil into the garlic. 2. Wrap in foil and bake in the oven for 40-50 mins. 3.
