Slow-Cooker Cannabis Jambalaya

Celebrate Mardi Gras with Slow-Cooker Cannabis Jambalaya. The combo of chicken, smoked sausage, & shrimp are a Cajun force to be reckoned with. Ingredients: 2 Tablespoons Cannabis Infused Olive Oil 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast or thighs 1/2 pound smoked sausage, cut into 2-inch slices 1/2 large onion 1/2 large green pepper 3 stalks celery 1 (28oz.) can of stewed tomatoes 2 cloves of garlic 1 cup of chicken broth (I just use chicken bouillon-1 bouillon for 1 cup of water) 1/2 Tablespoon cajun spice mix 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme 1/2 teaspoon dried oragano 1/2 pound extra large shrimp, peeled and deveined 1 cup of long-grain rice (I just use one package of Annie’s Organic Rice) Optional Toppings: Parsley, Cilantro, or Avocado Directions: Sauté the onion, green pepper, & celery in Cannabis Infused Olive Oil for 3-4 minutes on medium-high heat. Add the garlic for 1 minute more. In a large (5-quart) slow cooker combine the onion, green pepper, celery, & garlic mixture with the chicken, sausage, tomatoes, chicken broth, spice mix, thyme and oregano. Cook on low for 5 hours. Mini Blue Cheese Balls Makes 30-34 mini cheeseballs Ingredients: 8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature 6 tablespoons (3/4 stick) Cannabis Butter, at room temperature 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1/2 teaspoon white pepper 4 ounces (2/3 cup) Blue Cheese, crumbled 1 (4-ounce) can chopped blacknolives 2 green onions, chopped 6 ounces (1 ½ cup) White Cheddar Cheese, shredded 1 cup pecans, chopped and toasted Directions: Add cream cheese, Cannabis Butter, Worcestershire sauce and pepper to large bowl. Mix with hand mixer for 1-2 minute or until smooth and well combined. Add crumbled Blue Cheese, olives, onions and and White Cheddar cheese and mix well. Creamy Cannabutter Homemade Tomato Soup

This fresh and creamy cannabutter homemade tomato soup will warm your soul during the winter. Ingredients: 8 cups tomatoes, peeled and chopped 2 chicken bullion cubes 1 tsp. salt ½ tsp. season salt ½ tsp pepper ¼ tsp. crushed red pepper flakes 2 T. sugar ½ c. onion, finely diced 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 Tablespoons regular butter 4 Tablespoons CannaButter AKA The best weed butter ever! 4 T. flour 4 cups milk 1 cup half and half 1 cup heavy whipping cream PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS Scald tomatoes. Remove skins from tomatoes. Pulse in food processor to chop until diced. Add tomatoes, all seasonings and sugar to large pot. Gently simmer for 20 minutes. Sauté onions in 2 Tablespoons butter until onions are tender. Add garlic during last minutes of sautéing. Once onions and garlic are tender add to tomatoes. Melt remaining 4 Tablespoons CannaButter in a sauce pan. Add flour and stir together. Continue to cook over medium heat for a minute. Gradually add milk. Whisk to make sure there aren’t any lumps. Continue cooking until thickened. If you don’t like chunks of tomatoes and onions in your soup, puree the tomato mixture. It’s really good with hearty chunk’s though! “Baked” Cheesy Bread! Ingredients 1 Italian loaf, about 12 inches long 6 Tablespoons stick butter, melted 2 Tablespoons Medicated Cannabis Butter aka The Best Weed Butter Ever! 1/8 cup olive oil 3 tsp minced onion 2-3 cloves garlic, grated 1 tbsp dijon mustard 1 tbsp poppy seeds 3 tsp chopped parsley (add more if you wish) 12 oz grated cheese (I used a mix of white cheddar and monterey jack.) Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350 F. Mix the melted butter, olive oil, onion, garlic, dijon mustard, poppy seeds and parsley in a bowl. Cut the bread into cubes with X slices without cutting all the way through the bottom crust. Pour the butter-onion garlic mixture carefully into those X cracks using a small spoon and over the top of the bread. Fill those delicious cracks with the grated cheese. (It seems like a lot of work and trouble but it’s all worth it. Yes.) Wrap the entire loaf with foil, sealing the sides properly and bake for 15-20 minutes. Remove from the oven and unwrap. Just be sure to share this favorite appetizer with some friends! Ingredients: 6 medium or 4 large potatoes 1/4 cup Cannabis infused olive oil Sea Salt, Fresh ground pepper, your favorite seasoning salt Drizzling Sauce: 1 cup sour cream 1/2 cup ranch dressing 1/4 cup milk Toppings: 1 cup (or as much as you like) shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup real bacon bits 1/4 cup green onions Cut potatoes into “french fry” size. {choose how thick or skinny you want the fries to be} Place on foiled baking sheet.
