Cannabis Green Smoothie

Get your full amount of leafy greens in 1 meal! 

4-6 cups of Greens, you can mix and match any of the following:

  • Beet greens (yep just the greens off of regular beets
  • Kale
  • Spinach

1-1 1/2 cups orange juice,coconut water, or purified water
1 teaspoon cannabis juice

4 stalks Swiss chard
1 whole apples (seeds and all)
1 whole banana (potassium) 

Hemp seeds (Omega 3’s, 6’s, and protein)
1 cup of berries

Recommend a VitaMix if you are really looking for a powerful blender!

Try to drink 32 ounces a day. But don’t drink in 1 sitting. 16 oz in the morning and 16 oz in the afternoon. 

*You can start out with fewer greens and build your way up.
