“Baked” Cheesy Bread

“Baked” Cheesy Bread! Ingredients 1 Italian loaf, about 12 inches long 6 Tablespoons stick butter, melted 2 Tablespoons Medicated Cannabis Butter aka The Best Weed Butter Ever! 1/8 cup olive oil 3 tsp minced onion 2-3 cloves garlic, grated 1 tbsp dijon mustard 1 tbsp poppy seeds 3 tsp chopped parsley (add more if you wish) 12 oz grated cheese (I used a mix of white cheddar and monterey jack.) Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350 F. Mix the melted butter, olive oil, onion, garlic, dijon mustard, poppy seeds and parsley in a bowl. Cut the bread into cubes with X slices without cutting all the way through the bottom crust. Pour the butter-onion garlic mixture carefully into those X cracks using a small spoon and over the top of the bread. Fill those delicious cracks with the grated cheese. (It seems like a lot of work and trouble but it’s all worth it. Yes.) Wrap the entire loaf with foil, sealing the sides properly and bake for 15-20 minutes. Remove from the oven and unwrap. Medicated Peach Upside-Down Cake

Ingredients: 3 Tablespoons Cannabis Butter 3/4 cup light brown sugar 3-4 large peaches, peeled and sliced thick (like 3/4-inch thick) Cake Batter: 8 Tablespoons unsalted butter, softened 3/4 cup sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 eggs, room temperature 1 1/2 cups flour 1 1/2 Tablespoons baking powder, aluminum-free 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup whole milk, room temperature You can use a cast iron skillet or a cake pan. Melt Cannabis Butter and light brown sugar in your skillet or cake pan over medium-high heat and stir until the sugar has melted Once it begins to bubble remove from the heat and let it cool. Place the peach slices down in the pan. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Beat the 8 remaining Tablespoons Cannabis Butter and sugar together until they are fluffy. Beat in the vanilla, eggs in a bowl until combined. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt together. Stir half of the dry ingredients into the batter. Stir in the milk. Then stir in the rest of the dry ingredients until just mixed (don’t overmix the batter). Pour the batter over the peaches in the pan, spreading it around to nooks and crannies in the fruit. Bake 45-60 minutes or until the edges of the cake pull from the sides and the center is not gooey. Take the pan out of the oven and let cool 20 minutes. Flip the cake onto a plate. 8 Jalapenos (small) Steak or Chicken 1 Tbsp Cream Cheese ½ Tbsp Ranch Dressing 1-2 Tbsp Chives (chopped) Dehydrated Tomato (two slices) Shredded Mexican Cheese Cannabis Butter (AKA, The Best Weed Butter Recipes Ever!) Soft Tortilla Shell Roast your jalapenos and put them in a ziploc bag for a few minutes to help remove the skin. While waiting mix the cream cheese, ranch, chives and tomato together and spread it on one half of the tortilla. Thinly slice your leftover steak and place it on the spread and top with your jalapenos once you have removed the skin and seeds. Apply a generous dose of cheese on top of all of that, fold the tortilla in half, butter both sides and fry in a pan on medium heat until golden brown on each side!
